  this was the subject of a recent debate with myself and some jw family members.

  i dont have all the info.

  in front of me, but i will give you just two points that i used to lean toward the idea that they were in fact, forgiven.

  We have the freedom to make decisions with our own responsibility. So they were influenced by external forces

  Adam and Eve - I think they wont ever come back.

  sin is payed by dead - for those who are offsprings and under the option to use the sacrifice-

  Adam and eve havent got this obligation.

  in a recent post by rado, he mentions a report on religious violence in georgia.

  ".....they filled the baptismal pool with diesel fuel.".

  so i figured this probably happened once before, a long time ago, and was the reason for the ban on smoking.
